For the past several years I've cared for many of you and your families — and along the way I've felt the same frustration you have. Visits that ran shorter than they should. Wait times that ran longer than they should. A system that often left both of us watching the clock instead of one another.
This summer, that changes. I'm leaving my current practice on June 19, 2026, taking the rest of the summer to set things up properly, and opening Mark Family Health in August at a new home in southwest Las Vegas.
I'm opening a practice of my own — and I'd love you to join me.
Direct primary care is a model that's been quietly growing in the United States for two decades. The simple version: you pay your doctor directly, and your doctor works for you.
You pay a flat monthly fee directly to the clinic — and that fee covers your visits, messaging, and most of the everyday care most patients need. No co-pays at the door, no surprise statements in the mail. The relationship is between you and your doctor, not between your doctor and an insurance claim.
Direct primary care is not insurance, and we do not bill it — ever. Membership is the only way care is paid for here. Many members choose to carry a separate plan or Medicare on the side for hospital care, specialists, and emergencies, but that stays entirely between you and your insurer. It has nothing to do with your relationship with Dr. Mark.
Expedited or next-day visits when you need them. A direct number you can text. Forty-five-minute appointments instead of fifteen. Because the panel is intentionally smaller, the math works: the doctor has time for you, the way medicine used to work.
Flat monthly membership, billed directly to the clinic. No facility fees, no add-ons, no per-visit billing. Specific rates are still being finalised — we'll publish them well ahead of the August opening.
“I went to medical school because I wanted to know my patients well — and to do my best work for them. Mark Family Health is the practice that lets me actually do that.”
Tell me a little about you, pick a time, and I'll have a 60-minute first visit ready for you the day we open. There's no charge to reserve — just a way for me to know who's coming with me.
